NLA Scan Conversion Uploader is a private business administration tool for the operator of nuevoleonadventures.com, which uses 巴渝歌行国际旅行社 as its business display name. It measures contact-page openings after a visitor scans a QR code on the travel website.

The connected Google account belongs to an authorized business administrator. Travel website visitors do not sign in with Google and do not grant this application Google account access. This public explanation is available without login.

The website records a mobile contact-page confirmation after a QR scan. Where an original Google ad click identifier is available and no advertising-processing refusal signal is detected, the server sends that identifier, event time and a deduplication identifier to the configured Google Ads conversion action through Google Data Manager API.

The service retains the Google upload request ID and warnings, and allows the administrator to retrieve the asynchronous processing status. An opened contact page does not prove that a visitor added a WeChat contact, made an enquiry or bought a trip. API receipt does not prove Google Ads attribution.

The application requests only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/datamanager. This scope permits broader Data Manager functions; this implementation uses it to upload this website’s conversions and retrieve upload processing status for accounts the administrator is allowed to manage.

The implementation does not request Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar or Google Ads adwords scope. Google account authorization credentials stay on a restricted server and are never included in the public travel website.

The uploader runs on the business server and is configured by its operator. It is not a public sign-up service or a downloadable consumer app. The privacy policy linked below explains Google user data, event data, storage, sharing, retention and deletion requests.
